Let's begin the tutorial

1. Open your main tube. BlueFay uses "Imq2na02".

2. Choose a color from the tube as the foreground. Change the background color to black #000000.

3. Change the foreground to Foreground-Background linear gradient with these settings:

4. Open a new transparent canvas, size 800 x 500 pixels. Floodfill with the gradient.

5. Layers/Duplicate.

6. Effects/Geometric Effects/Circle with this setting:

7. Selections/Select All. Selections/Float. Selections/Defloat.

8. Adjust/Blur/Gaussian Blur and set the radius to 5.

9. Selections/Select None.

10. Effects/Distortion Effects/Twirl, 720.

11. Repeat the Twirl Effect (step 10).

12. Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance.

13. Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling with these settings:

14. Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.

15. Open "BlueFay Template 1".

16. Edit/Copy. Close the template.

17. Edit/Paste as a New Layer on your working canvas.

18. Selections/Select All. Selections/Float. Selections/Defloat.

19. Important. Layers/Delete. Keep selected.

20. Effects/Texture Effects/Weave with these settings:

21. Keep selected. Layers/New Raster Layer. Fill with your Foreground color.

32. Effects/Texture Effects/Blinds:

33. Layers/New Raster Layer. Floodfill with your Foreground color.

34. Selections/Modify/Contract by 1. Press Delete on your keyboard.

38. Selections/Select None.

39. Open the "Bluefay_Balken" tube.

40. Edit/Copy. Close the tube.

41. Edit/Paste a New Layer on your working canvas.

42. On your Materials Palette, click on your Foreground color. Make a note of the Hue and Saturation numbers. Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize and enter the hue and saturation numbers.

43. Layers/New Raster Layer. Floodfill with your Gradient.

44. Open your small tube (Bluefay uses "Calguisdior2269")

45. Edit/Copy the tube.

46. Edit/Paste as a New Layer on your canvas. Move the tube to the right side:

47. Layers/Duplicate. Image/Mirror. Layers/Merge Down.

48. Change the blend mode of this layer to "Luminosity (Legacy)".

49. On your Layer Palette, click on Raster 2 (the gradient-filled layer). Selections/Select All. Selections/Modify/Contract by 1. Selections/Invert.

50. Click on the Top Layer. Press Delete. Select None.

51. Layers/Merge Down.

52. Effects/Plugins/AAA Frame - Foto Frame with default settings:

53. Image/Resize. 60% All Layers UNchecked:

54. Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize. Use the same numbers you used previously.

55. Selections/Select All. Selections/Float. Selections/Defloat.

56. Layers/New Raster Layer. Fill with your Foreground color.

57. Selections/Modify/Contract by 1. Press Delete on your keyboard.

73. Using your mover tool, move the top layer a few pixels to the right:

75. Open "BlueFay Template 3". Edit/Copy and close the template.

76. Edit/Paste as a New Layer on your canvas.

77. Effects/Image Effects/Offset with these settings:

78. Select All/Select Float/Select Defloat.

79. Layers/Delete.

80. On your Materials Palette, change the foreground to the following Foreground/Background Sunburst gradient:

81. Layers/New Raster Layer. Fill with the gradient.

82. Effects/Plugins/Sybia/Xaggerat:

83. Select None. Layers/Duplicate. Image Flip.

84. Layers/Merge Down.

85. Select All/Select Float/Select Defloat.

86. Open your main tube. Resize to a height of 450 pixels. Edit/Copy.

87. Edit Paste as a New Layer on your canvas. Use your mover tool to position your tube over the selection:

88. Selections/Invert. Press Delete on your keyboard.

89. Selections/Invert again.

90. Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize and use the last settings.

91. Keep selected. Layers/New Raster Layer and fill with your Foreground color.

92. Selections/Modify/Contract by 1. Press Delete on your keyboard.

93. Selection/Modify/Expand by 1. Effects/Edge Effects/ Enhance.

94. Layers/Merge Down. Repeat Layers/Merge Down.

95. Effects/3D Effects/Drop Shadow:



96. Selections/Modify/Expand by 10.

97. Layers/New Raster Layer and fill with the Sunburst gradient.

98. Effects/Plugins/I.C. Net Software Filters Unlimited/Render - Clouds (Fore-/background color):

99. Selections/Modify/Contract by 10. Press Delete.

100. Select None. Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance.

101. Layers/Merge Down. Apply Drop Shadows as before.

102. Layers/Merge Down. Your layers should look like this now:

103. Click on the bottom layer. Layers/New Raster Layer. Fill with your Sunburst gradient.

104. Effects/Geometric Effects/Circle, Transparent.

105. Effects/Distortion Effects/Twirl, 720.

106. Repeat the Distortion Effects/Twirl, 720.

107. Effects/Edge Effects/Enhance.

108. Effects/Image Effects/Seamless Tiling, Default settings.

109. Change the Blend Mode to Soft Light.

110. Layers/Merge Down.
